Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy At Botanica La Caridad, we understand that life happens, and plans can change. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please review the following policy for all scheduled services: 🗓️ Booking & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments online up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. After the 24-hour window, changes must be requested directly and are subject to approval and fees. ❗ Late Cancellations & No-Shows Any cancellation or no-show within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $25 fee. This policy is in place to protect the time and preparation invested in every client session. 💳 Payment Policy A valid credit or debit card is required on file at the time of booking. This card will only be charged in the case of late cancellations or no-shows as outlined above. Please respect our time and that of other clients by honoring your scheduled appointments or providing timely notice for changes. Thank you for your understanding and support.
