Students practice integrating daily decisions with divinely aligned action, learning that every step carries consequence and ritual weight. Booking, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy At Botanica La Caridad, we understand that life happens, and plans can change. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please review the following policy for all scheduled services: 🗓️ Booking & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments online up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. After the 24-hour window, changes must be requested directly and are subject to approval and fees. ❗ Late Cancellations & No-Shows Any cancellation or no-show within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $25 fee. This policy is in place to protect the time and preparation invested in every client session. 💳 Payment Policy A valid credit or debit card is required on file at the time of booking.
